Agentify ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Agentify Shopify application and website at agentify-neon.vercel.app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our service.

2. Information We Collect

When you install Agentify on your Shopify store, we collect:

  • Your Shopify store domain and shop name
  • An access token to interact with your store's API on your behalf
  • Order, customer, and product data from your store — only when needed to run agents you have enabled
  • Billing information processed securely by Stripe (we never store card numbers)
  • Email addresses and message content processed by agents you enable

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data exclusively to:

  • Operate the AI agents you have enabled on your store
  • Generate responses, descriptions, and messages using OpenAI's API
  • Process your subscription and billing
  • Send you product updates and support communications

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models.

4. Third-Party Services

Agentify uses the following third-party services:

  • Shopify — store data access via OAuth
  • OpenAI — AI-generated content (your data is subject to OpenAI's API data usage policy; we use the API which does not train models by default)
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Supabase — secure data storage

5. Data Retention

We retain your store data for as long as your account is active. When you uninstall Agentify, we delete your access token and store data within 30 days. You may request immediate deletion by contacting support.

6. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Shopify access tokens are stored securely and never exposed to the browser. We follow industry best practices for access control and data protection.
