1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using Agentify, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Agentify is a Shopify application that uses artificial intelligence to automate store operations including email replies, product descriptions, review responses, and cart recovery. The service is provided "as is" and AI-generated content should be reviewed before use.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Agentify offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required
  • After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the service
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • We do not offer refunds for partial months

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Agentify to:

  • Generate spam, misleading content, or content that violates Shopify's policies
  • Harass, deceive, or harm your customers
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying AI models

5. AI-Generated Content

You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before it is sent to customers or published on your store. Agentify is a drafting tool — we are not liable for the outcome of content you choose to send or publish.

6. Data Access

You grant Agentify permission to access your Shopify store data (orders, products, customers) solely to operate the agents you enable. You can revoke this access at any time by uninstalling the app.

7. Limitation of Liability

Agentify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue or customer dissatisfaction resulting from AI-generated content.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by uninstalling the app and canceling your subscription.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
